We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for eligible perfume products.
Eligible 50ml and 100ml bottles may be returned or exchanged if the fragrance does not meet your expectations, or in case of a broken bottle, damaged parcel or faulty sprayer.
Please contact us through WhatsApp and receive approval before sending any product back.
Please note: Tester boxes are non-refundable, and damage caused by customer mishandling is not covered.
