You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unused & Original
Products must be unused, unopened and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Easy Resolution
Once your return is received and approved, we will arrange the applicable exchange or refund.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The fragrance must be unused and unopened, with the original packaging intact.
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used fragrances may not qualify for return.
