Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charges are PKR 200 across Pakistan.
Free Delivery
Enjoy free delivery on orders of PKR 5,000 or above.
Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch.
Courier Partners
We use trusted courier partners including TCS and Leopards Courier.
Order Processing
Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, our team carefully prepares and packs your fragrance. Your order is then handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
Delivery Across Pakistan
We currently deliver across Pakistan. Delivery availability and timing may vary slightly depending on your city, area and courier service coverage.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the available courier service so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number when placing your order. Our courier partner may contact you before or during delivery.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver within 3–4 working days, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, remote locations or courier service conditions.
Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.
Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please contact AVERO as soon as possible and share clear photographs or relevant details so our team can assist you.
